Every year, at the Annual Gathering of Remembrance, the Museum brings thousands together to say with one collective voice: we will never forget. Rooted in a city with one of the world’s largest communities of Holocaust survivors, this Yom HaShoah tribute has power that echoes across generations.

Speakers will include UN Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, US Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and Temple Emanu-El Senior Rabbi Joshua M. Davidson. Musical performances will be provided by HaZamir: The International Jewish Teen Choir, Cantor Joseph Malovany, Zalmen Mlotek, Zisl Slepovitch, Valeryia Sholokhova, and others. Documentarian Sophie Parens will present clips of her newly-released Zaida: A Documentary. Thirteen-year-old Canadian Podcaster Eliane Goldstein, who created The Effect on Us, will interview a Holocaust survivor.
